Sue has spent most of her lifetime living and working in the beautiful state of Alaska, after growing up in Seattle, Washington. Prior to entering the Real Estate Profession, Sue had a fulfilling career in the Telecommunications Industry in both Juneau and Anchorage, Alaska, and was one of the few female telephone installers in the State of Alaska. Having worked alongside many building trades in my prior career, Real Estate was a comfortable transition of choice and a natural fit for my lifestyle. I have the knowledge and sensibility to pass along to my clients to assist them in making a wise and informed decision on their future real estate investments.

Most recently, I have completed certification for New Home Sales and Residential Construction, which allows me to communicate to my clients with professionalism, the new construction details of blue print reading, buyer's material selection checklists, scheduling, terminology, and the purchase and loan process, again to provide you with a stress free experience.
