"Sue Burnstin was a ray of sunshine for our little company in the early part of 2005, when we were desperately looking for a building to expand our adult day care business.  We had dealt with brokers who would show us one or two properties that they thought were "perfect" for our business.  The properties didn't match our needs, so we'd ask them to keep looking.  After a couple more half-hearted calls, the Realtor would seemingly disappear from the landscape, never to be heard from again!

Finally, when I was about to give up on the whole real estate business, Sue Burnstin called me back regarding a piece of land I'd inquired about.  The land was not in our price range, but when I told Sue what type of property I was looking for, she went to work for us right then and never quit!  Sue called me nearly every day with new listings, threw ideas at me regarding commercial vs. residential zoning issues, showed me at least a dozen properties, and kept fine tuning the search process.  Not once did Sue act like my requests were too difficult; she assured me that we would find the right place and she wasn't giving up until we did.  Sure enough, in mid-February 2005, Sue found a ranch home in a zoning district that worked for our business.  She stuck with us through the offer, counter offers, inspection, repairs, financing, and even the unexpected and unfortunate death of one of the sellers!  We moved into our new office on April 20, 2005.

More than anything, I feel grateful to Sue for just believing in me as a client and listening to my needs.  Pretty simple stuff really, but so difficult to find in this rush rush world we live in.  I would highly recommend Sue Burnstin to anyone who is looking for a Realtor who will be there for them through the entire process.  Sue gets an A+ in my Book!"
